You don't read all this, right?

what is our runway?

Here is a detailed runway analysis based on the current numbers and assumptions.

Starting with the cash balance, the company has approximately $420k available. I am assuming this is the operating balance, not restricted cash, and that no financing proceeds or one-time collections are included in the runway base.

Using the latest spend pattern, the company is not yet default alive on the current plan.

The latest monthly burn appears to be around $52k. April was $47k, May was $51k, and June was $52k, so the trend is slightly increasing rather than improving. At that rate, the rough runway calculation is $420k divided by $52k, which gives about 8.1 months.

Payroll is the main pressure point. Stripe paid volume is growing, but not quickly enough to offset the planned hiring and operating spend.

There are a few caveats. If hiring continues at the current pace, the runway can compress quickly. If paid volume keeps compounding and payroll stays flat, the company could recover several weeks of runway, but that is not visible in the base case yet.

The practical recommendation is to freeze non-critical hiring, review contractor spend, and reforecast after the next payroll close. I would also separate committed spend from optional spend before making any financing or hiring decision.

AgentPub makes the useful part obvious.

what is our runway?

Runway is tight but manageable: 8.1 months at the current burn.

• Hold non-critical hiring until default-alive runway clears 12 months.
• Payroll is the pressure point; Stripe growth is not offsetting spend yet.
• Reforecast in 30 days after the next paid-volume and payroll close.
